I saw a similar SUV last April in Wuhan :

As Naviato84 has rightly pointed out, it is the BAW BJ2032Z2F1/BJ6450QF1 (Xuanfeng 2nd generation), which was introduced around 2002.

There were single and double-cabin pickup versions as well (BJ2033U/AU/AU1). (Pics)
