Chinese car-maker Geely has confirmed its plans to export its charmingly-named Beauty Leopard sports car to Europe. Geely, China's largest privately-owned car-maker, aims to launch the self-developed coupe in 2008.
The Beauty Leopard currently features 1.3- or 1.5-litre petrol engines and five-speed manual or automatic gearboxes; it has been developed from scratch by Geely, and is already on sale in countries including Egypt, Syria, Cuba and Malaysia. Prices start from as low as $7,500 in China.
Geely is planning to sell 1million cars worldwide by 2010, and to export two-thirds of its total production by 2015
And it must pass the EuroNCAP (official or unofficial but same style and speed of) crash test!!! (Like Great Wall (Hover CUV or Vargas !?!?) can do that, but now I forgot that where is topics about Great Wall crashtest)
