The State Development and Reform Commission, China's macro-economy regulator, disclosed the latest new model production catalogue including 1.6-liter self-developed Haima sedan.

The sedan, produced by FAW Haima Motor Co., Ltd., has rolled off the production line internally and is expected to be launched into the Chinese market in the second half of this year.

FAW Haima, headquartered in Haikou, the capital of Hainan, Southern China, is said to keep a low profile on its own brand.

I don´t know, what you see in this, but in my eyes there is a strong hint of Opel in the front (Corsa, for example) and the bend in the side profile reminds me of the Citroen Picasso 5-seater. Funny how these designs work together - or not. This is definitly not one of Chinas best.

There is a big difference between "it could be worse" and "one of chinas best". It might not be the worst, but the styling clues i mentioned (side-kick, front modeling) are too 1-to-1 to be just coincidents.

Again - this might not be Chinas worst, but it definitly isn´t Chinas best. Period.
