Hoann New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 弘安 hongan) is a subsidiary of Huaihai Holding Group Co., Ltd., established in 2016 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. It may be considered as a successor to Jiangsu Huaihai New Energy Vehicle Co. Ltd. (see post, post).
Hoann New Energy Auto commissioned Huaihai Group's new four-wheel electric car factory (New Energy Vehicle Factory No. 2) in Xuzhou in November 2018. In April 2019, the first two new models from the factory (N1 & N2) emerged. Initially the cars were badged Huaihai but the brand name was more recently changed to Hoann/Hongan.
