FAW management has decided that the production version of the HQE will have a restyled front end, which is nearly the same as that of the 1965 Hongqi CA 770!!

Latest news about the HQE: the FAW management has decided to continue the development of the HQE in its original form (concept on Shanghai Show 2005, than named HQD) and not the later version with the old Hongqi front end.
