Tata was in talks with Brilliance to jointly build cars in Liaoning back in the summer of 2004 but it seems nothing ever became of it.

What about Chinese cars in India are there any ?
Chang'an Auto has an office in India and may have marketed one of its Suzuki joint venture models there. Also, SGM-Wuling was said to be planning exports of some of its minivans to India.
Wuling by the way is really on a roll with its exports.....
