No, they're all aussie cars, the Holden Commodore.
From New South Whales I presume, as the

Definetely not chinese, they don't sell them in Australia

Nope. This is Holden(www.holden.com.au) Commodore from Australia (Holden is owned by GM). 3.8lt engine and RWD...

I think this should around year 2000 model.

Yep its an Aussie car Holden VX Commodore, they use to be derived from Opel Omega's but now are fully developed in Australia
