Hi, you'd better find in in your country. I bet there's a lot of tuning companies, that sell such taillights on ebay. The easiest way is to buy spray paint and paint / darken (dim) them by yourself - check the tips for that on tuning forums in Germany.

If the traffic law in Poland and Germany is simillar (both countries belong to EU), there should be no problem with painting - besides, what's the difference, if those lights are dimmed by manufacturer or by owner?
