Puppetland in either this weeks autocar or auto express it said that they saw MG 7's coming down the production line. I think the car tested by the mags may have used some components from left over stock (e.g Rover badged steering wheels) but basically the cars were made there. In fact another clue is that some of the demo cars weren't available in the same colours fromm LB.
