does anyone know of a good program for editing mp3's? lets say i wanted to lengthen a song and/or add hooks or effects.

i use acid 4.0 for recording and mixing. but Polderbit sound editor is a good one for real simple stuff.

Dont know of any programs for effects, though I would like to know.
