I do think it's a huge mistake for GM to not introduce these cars in the US. Why does GM always wait for the market demand to slap them in the face instead of being way ahead of the curve? The gas prices may just be $4 in 2 years! Even with today's nearly $3 gas, I see demand for cars these size - though the cars have to be hot, like the Mini for example, and not cheapo tin-cans.
