No Voltage to Fuel Pump X240

Has anyone come across the same problem im having with my 2010 Greatwall x240.
It turns over but no start. The fuel pump isnt working and the fuel gauge also says empty (but its Full of Fuel).
The immobilizer seem to be OK because the dash indicater disapears properly when the key is turned to on position.
I have checked the voltage at the fuel tank (4 wires - yellow, yellow/red, Black and black). yellow says zero but yellow/red says 12volts.
I think the yellow is for pump but not really sure.
