The man to the right is Simon Cockerell of Koryo Tours. I think he is the owner. I mean the owner of the photo, not of the car. Photo is taken inside the Pyonghwa showroom in Pyongyang. This shop is open for tourists.
The solar-powered bus was converted from an Ikarus 260 or a Chollima 951 (Ikarus 260 converted into a trolleybus in North Korea). The photo is stretched horizontally, making the bus look wider and shorter than it really is.
The right hand drive service trolleybus was rebuilt from a 1970s Japanese bus. This Hino is very similar.
This electric train is an East Berlin U-Bahn Typ GI. Some were sold to North Korea and ran briefly on the Pyongyang Metro before being passed on to the state railways. (The roof shape of the front car in the photo shows that it is a non-driving car rebuilt in North Korea with a driving cab.)
