An electric utility van with crude steel wheels, that has a Panda logo, but is unrelated to Geely.
Which company builds, and/or markets, this mysterious vehicle?
Perhaps Changjiang (FDG) of Hangzhou.

The brand (pai) Panda is a very coveted one in China. The first company to use the brand name for cars was Mun Sung Myung's Panda Motors, of Korea. The Chinese venture was short lived, suffering a failed attempt to build a greenfield plant in China in the '90s.

EV48 is an EV logistics car that Chinese start-up company "JENHOO Auto" started mass production in spring 2023. In addition to this car, Yamato Industries plans to import and sell Japan as the first completed car of the "JEMY" brand.

The EV48 is optimized as a BEV logistics vehicle from the virtual stage, adopting rear-wheel drive by a rear-placed motor, battery-car central layout, long wheel base, short overhang, and a fully flat floor design. Without considering personnel transportation costs, the side panels have become a smooth shape without any pressure, allowing the users to express free graphic expression. Also, a pull-out partition that can be completely detached from the driver's seat / passenger seat and storage compartments, a passenger seat that can be unloaded from the side even in a long size item, B-pillarless structure and large opening sliding door, and a passenger seat that converts into a work desk with one touch, can meet various needs in the logistics site. Japanese-oriented specifications, combined with super high roofs, allows for a complete walkthrough. The physical burden can be reduced because the cargo delivery workers can move inside the cargo room with natural lines without being a burden.

EV 48 sales in Japan are scheduled for a corporate BtoB, and a date is yet to be determined.

Shandong Haochi has declared the Fengyi 01F series HDY5021XXYBEV05 pure electric box van. This vehicle has an overall length of 3495mm, classifying it as a micro van for logistics use. It is 1465mm wide and features a double-row seating configuration, accommodating 2+2 passengers. The rear is designated as the cargo area, with a physical partition located in front of the rear wheel well. The cargo box has a length of 645mm and a rated load capacity of 595kg, which is comparable to a standard N1 class pickup. The rear door opens to the side, designed with urban logistics in mind, and the second-row door hinges are positioned at the physical partition of the cargo area. The cargo volume is 0.92 cubic meters. The vehicle retains the architecture of Haochi's Chengshi series products, with a wheelbase of 2350mm, independent front suspension, rear leaf spring suspension with four blades, rear single-wheel drive, 165-size tires, and is equipped with Tianjin Guoxuan LFP power battery and Shenzhen Dadihe 70kW electric drive system. Haochi has previously declared related models, making it one of the main base models in the industry for "non-passenger" micro-specifications.
