Isn't this Big Bear mini, a model produced by the Lingtu company that had a short lived tie-up with Great Wall?
Great Wall needed the EV credits but dumped Lingtu after it found another path to satisfy the ever-lurking NEV mandates.
Apparently Lingtu was a Yogomo subsidiary when it entered the joint venture with Great Wall in 2017.
So after hard times tempting bankruptcy, in the summer of 2020, Lingtu (formerly Yogomo says Marklines) is back in action with its minicars.
Looking at the good quality of this EV, I can see why Great Wall chose it, as a partner that would help it transition to EVs in line with mandates. But we see that that never materialized, and Great Wall found alternatives on the way to compliance.
