Who is racing up in Mohe County, Heilongjiang or Black Dragon River this week? The China Daily reports that there is a 4X4 rally going on up there. It's apparently an annual event. Any one know who among the 4X4 manufacturers are participating this year? It sounds like it could be an ideal cold testing environment.
