Shanghai Maple hybrid investment
SMA signed an agreement with Tongji University on June 30, 2005 to collaborate on the development of hybrid vehicles (company news release) and plans to invest ¥20 million ($2.5 million) this year. Seems like good long term planning with an eye toward energy independence.
