Jiangsu Tianmei Automobile Co., Ltd., established in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, in November 2019 is a 100% subsidiary of Skywell New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (which owns 88% of Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd.).

Skywell Auto Group was founded at the end of 2010 by Huang Hongsheng (alias Stephen Wong Wang-sang), the founder and major shareholder of electronic goods manufacturer Skyworth Group based in Shenzhen. Appliance giant Skyworth announces entry into car-making

Following rumors earlier this month, Chinese appliance giant Skyworth officially announced Tuesday that it is entering the car-making world.

On April 27, Skyworth founder Huang Hongsheng announced that Skywell Auto had changed its name to Skyworth Auto, and unveiled the Skyworth ET5 model from the previously available Skywell ET5.

The new car has the Skyworth name emblazoned on the center of the taillight.

Skywell, founded by Huang, launched the Skywell ET5 in October last year.

Three month old company with no manufacturing license, probably nothing more than a refitter and reseller at this juncture.
This is the description of their scope of business:
"General items: sales of used automobiles; sales of automotive decorations; research and development of auto parts; sales of new energy vehicles; sales of new cars; sales of new energy vehicle battery swap facilities".
Industry categorization is "Car decoration supplies sales".
Also note "Automobile Service Co., Ltd." in the name.
Unfortunately there is no picture of the dataplate included in the HX-1's Yiche gallery. Nonetheless, a good find!!
