Yucheng (Dezhou), Shandong-based electric-vehicle startup Songuo Motors ties up with Ssangyong Motor Co. and Korean auto parts manufacturer Hyolim Group to assemble the Ssangyong Tivoli in China, primarily for export. The company may also derive other products off the X100's platform.

These radically new and youthful designs are welcome in a stodgy boring-to-millenials industry....
but bringing them to volume production will be a challenge.

Company is not all good...

While their designs are new and bold, they have secrets. The supercar image that's on their website now was not the original image. Before I had an account on China Car Forums, I accessed their website, and the image of "their" supercar was none other than the Qiantu K50. The SUV also looks photoshopped.

It's also odd that the 2 models I think aren't real are the only ones that have never been presented at any auto show or company event.
Songuo looks like a product of the multitude of LSEV makers, out of Shandong Province.
The website does appear up to date though, and reflects some ongoing (international) activity. It also reveals affiliations with Ssangyong Auto and Holym Auto Parts of Korea, Pininfarina (in 2019), and others. But to support your skepticism, I did notice the absence of any info about powertrains.
And, it does seem like they can't yet decide which name to put forth yet as their brand, Songuo or NeuWai.
Anyway I guess we will have to keep an eye on it, and just wait and see.

Yup, it's a Ssangyong Tivoli with a poorly-photoshopped grille.
