Out of all of them, TATA looks to be the most promising, or atleast to me it seems that way.

India is not so different to China - It also has links to MG-Rover:

1. Tata's Indica is currntly selling quite well in the UK as the MG-Rover City Rover.

2. There is also a tie up between Indias ICM and MG-Rover on their Rhino Rover.
