Great Wall officially announced the WEY Mocha, but hidden in MIIT batch #340 is another new WEY crossover. Where the Mocha is set to replace the VV7, this second model is a bit smaller and probably a replacement for the VV5 and VV6.

The technical basis is the same as the Mocha, also powered by Great Wall's own 2 litre turbo engine.

Pictures show four different possibilities for the name: Mocha, Latte, Macchiato or Cappuccino. We can rule out Mocha, because it's used for another car. The coffe-themed names are derived from the fact that Great Wall's new digital architecture is called 'Coffee'.
