What car is this?

As a kid growing in Beijing in the 90s, I rode these taxis quite often. However, I have no idea what they actually are, anyone knows who make them?

Laofan, is that a model series of Hafei, made in Harbin? What vintage is it? It looks quite large compared to anything that Hafei turns out these days.

By the way can you tell us more about the manufacturer names "Jilin" and "Tianjin Dafa"? They don't exist today do they?
