You are confusing the Xingchi (Wuling "310S") with the related but yet unnamed small hatchback (Wuling "310C"). Our friend "Chinese LSEV" had previously shown us a spy shot of the Xingchi in March (the name Xingchi was known even then) in this post.

The 310C and 310S are part of an overall SGM-Wuling "950" project consisting of four cars, the other two being "730S" (Xingchen/Asta) and "730M" (Jiachen). The codes 310/730 are not to be confused with the same model names in the Baojun lineup.
