Yudo New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd (云度汽车) is a new company promoted by Fujian Haiyuan Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd (HYM), Fujian Motor Industry Group (Fuqi), Putian city (Putian City State-owned Assets Investment Co., Ltd) and other unspecified investors for production of NEVs, established in December 2015. A dedicated plant is under construction in Putian.

Spyshots have surfaced of a hatchback, named LR3, with a body similar to the Haval H1 Blue Label. The car could be shown at next year's Shanghai Auto Show.
