On the pictures published by daewoo-chevrolet the car bears logo from Weiwang brand

Will it be sold under both names?

This is not very clear and it is a typical Chinese situation between two competing departments in one corporation. You are right that the logo on the Weiwang is the BAIC logo, note that the mpv here on the spyphotos has the same logo. The future use of the Yinxiang logo is so also unclear. It is possible that the vehicles will be produced with both logos (and names?), we have seen this before like the Jinbei/Shineray minivans.
Well at least Yinxiang is a new joint-venture with a new factory, far away from Beijing.

From these spy shots, it looks like it's going to be using this new Weiwang badge. But the steering wheel still has the Beiqi badge.
