Facelift. Basically, a transplant of the MU-X front.

Note: Although the articles talk about D-MAX, I'm not sure if the facelift is for either the D-MAX or Lingtuo, or both, since the rear of the vehicle(s) isn't pictured.

In this thread, there is no mention of Jiangling Motors, and so one might think that the thread is about a venture in China that is 100% owned by Isuzu. But that kind of joint venture is not permitted in China...., at least not yet.*
Jiangxi Isuzu Motors Co.,Ltd., aka "JIM", is a joint venture between Jiangling and Isuzu that died around 2005, and was revived around 2012-2013. In the revived agreement, Isuzu holds 50%.
The company produces vehicles that have either Isuzu, or JIM logos displayed on the interior and exterior.

For other products of the Isuzu-Jiangling joint venture see the CCF post below:

*Tesla is an exception, granted WOE status in advance of the change in the industry law.

Jiangxi Isuzu D-MAX, Lingtuo

Facelifted D-MAX, updated Lingtuo launched. Both get the same new interior but the Lingtuo retains the original look at the front, so now the D-MAX and Lingtuo are visually distinct:
